I’m Ankush Jain and excellence in business has been a passion of mine for many years. For me, what has helped me more than anything else when I was working in my corporate purchasing role was a deeper understanding of how my mind work.
Back in 2012, I started to explore the mind and within weeks I started to fly through my to-do list, the quality of my work improved and I started to implement all the blue sky ideas that I had never gotten round to. Not only this, but at the time I started getting approached by recruiters and found myself receiving multiple job offers for excellent roles.
Since then I set up my own coaching and consulting company and have worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from private coaching with a senior VP in a large corporate organisation in the USA to delivering a 4-day training course to a leadership team of a school in London.
This year I started a new podcast aimed at people working in large organisations and interviewed many colleagues of mine to showcase the implications of the work that they and I do.
